Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using Sealcraft (the "App"), provided by BAULIFE Inc. (the "Company"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
In-App Items
Gems, gacha tickets, coins, items obtained from the Gacha, and similar items can be used only within the App. They cannot be exchanged for cash, items from other services, or HOMU products. They also cannot be transferred to other people.
Purchases
Purchases of gems, the First Gift, and the Daily Gacha Ticket are made through Apple's App Store. Gems have no expiration date. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. If you are a minor, please obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before making a purchase.
Daily Gacha Ticket
Once purchased, the Daily Gacha Ticket permanently increases the number of gacha tickets you receive each day by one. You can restore it to devices using the same Apple ID with "Restore Purchases" in Settings.
Gacha
Before drawing, you can check the items available from the Gacha and their probabilities under "Prizes and Odds" on the Gacha screen. The Gacha's contents change on the 1st of every month.
Saved Data
Your progress is saved only on your device. Progress and in-app items lost due to deleting the App, device failure, replacing your device, or similar causes cannot be restored.
Friends feature
Keep the name your friends see and the postcards you send to friends free of anything that could upset others. The same applies to postcards (including photos) you post on the town noticeboard. Do not include faces, names, addresses or anything that identifies you or others in photos. Objectionable content and harassment are not tolerated. You may not include contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, IDs for other services, etc.) in your name or works. If something upsets you, you can block and report. We review reports within 24 hours, and if we find a violation of these rules we will remove the content and may suspend the friends feature without notice.
Prohibited Conduct
Do not tamper with the App, obtain items by illegitimate means, harass, impersonate, or solicit other people, or use the App in any way that bothers others.
Changes and Termination
The Company may change the contents of the App or end its provision. If we end the provision of the App, we will announce it within the App in advance.
Liability
The Company strives to ensure the App works correctly, but cannot guarantee that it is free of defects. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
Stamp Head Designs
The stamp head designs that appear in the App are designs of HOMU products. They may not be copied or used without permission.
